FAQ
- Is SEI free to use?
- Yes. Creating an account and browsing campaigns is free. You only pay for the product you choose to order.
- What happens if a campaign doesn't reach its target?
- If the campaign cannot be fulfilled and is marked failed, paid orders are added to the refund queue and you'll be refunded.
- How fast are refunds?
- Refunds are processed manually by an admin and depend on Paystack/bank settlement times once approved.
- Can I cancel an order?
- You can cancel an order while it is still pending and unpaid. Once paid, contact support.
- Who can become an ambassador?
- Any SEI student can apply. New ambassadors need admin approval before earning commission.
